Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about getting started, integrating, and scaling with Printonet.

FAQ list

How long does integration take?

Many merchants go live in minutes: add the universal loader script (or use one-click Shopify OAuth / the WooCommerce plugin). The loader auto-detects products so you are not wiring a button per SKU.

Does it work with Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. Shopify gets OAuth-based auto-injection on product pages with zero theme edits. WooCommerce uses a WordPress plugin that bridges credentials, the loader, and cart metadata. Custom HTML stores use the same embeddable widget and event-driven SDK.

Can customers upload their own logos and images?

Yes. Customers upload artwork into the 4-view Fabric.js studio alongside text, 90+ cliparts, 11 shapes, and 8 pattern types — all recolorable in real time. The AI Design Assistant can generate concepts or remove backgrounds with Gemini (no API key required).

What output files do we receive?

High-res export (4×) delivers roughly 1500×3000px PNGs at 150 DPI, AI-upscaled and cropped to your print bounds. You can also generate shareable print links for partners, and listen for customizer:complete / customizer:addtocart events for custom flows.

Can we white-label the experience?

Yes. White labeling includes your logo, colors, fonts, and theme — scoped per merchant — plus snapshot-first 1200px previews so what shoppers see matches checkout and fulfillment.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free to begin with and you can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise as your catalog grows.

Is there API and developer documentation?

Yes. Documentation and integration examples are available on the documentation page.
